Saturday is supposed to be a no yoga day. According to the Ashtanga tradition, that is. I don't think I am that traditional, but today I rested anyway. Ah well, rested? I went to the library to pick up some books, went grocery shopping, drank coffee in my favorite coffee shop, saw a bunch of YouTube videos about building a website (this thing I am currently working on) and started reading in a book by Jan Geurtz. He is a smart, Dutch man who is into Buddhism. He writes sentences that are so small but that keep me busy for hours. This book is called Free From Thoughts (or maybe Free Your Mind is a better translation). Here's a message I got from the book that I don't want to forget:
What is more important, your thought(s) (about it) or reality?
